Job Summary

As a State Licensed Oncology Clinical Director, the full-time remote position will manage complex cancer cases, serving as a trusted clinical advisor while collaborating with leading oncologists and researchers to provide personalized care and innovative treatment options for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients and families to evaluate diagnoses and treatment plans while guiding them through complex oncology journeys
• Research and identify advanced diagnostics, clinical trials, and emerging therapies to enhance client care options
• Contribute to the development and evolution of PHM's Premier Client Services program, ensuring high levels of personalization and quality

Required qualifications

• Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) licensure with significant clinical oncology experience at a premier cancer center
• Strong passion for oncology innovation and commitment to staying updated on emerging science and clinical research
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with clients and external partners
• Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment in high-stakes situations
• Ability to synthesize complex clinical information and communicate recommendations clearly and empathetically
