Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Medical Director in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical reviews and peer collaborations to ensure high-quality, cost-effective oncology care
• Engage with oncology practices to share best practices and support evidence-based pathways
• Collaborate on the design and execution of value initiatives in oncology and ensure compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS with board certification in Medical Oncology or Pediatric Oncology
• Minimum five years of post-residency experience, with active clinical practice preferred within the past two years
• Current, unrestricted medical license; multiple state licenses preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in practice transformation or clinical quality improvement
• Energetic and passionate about shaping the future of oncology care delivery
