Job Summary
A company is looking for a Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor health changes of members diagnosed with cancer
- Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers about their diagnosis and treatment
- Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to improve service offerings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in high-acuity adult oncology
- Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), or similar
- Experience with technology and comfort in using electronic health records and video chat platforms
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
