State Licensed Online Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

To support the online division in the College of Education, a part-time State Licensed Online Adjunct Faculty member will provide program instruction, facilitate classroom discussions, and assess student performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom
• Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes
• Respond to students' questions and emails within established timeframes

Required qualifications

• Preferred: Doctorate in Ed. Tech., Inst. Tech., Curr. and Inst., Inst. Design, Distance Education, or related field
• Minimum: Master's degree in a relevant field and two areas of exceptional expertise
• Valid state teacher certification required
• Five years of PreK-12th grade classroom teaching experience or as a technology specialist/director of technology
