State Licensed Operations Director

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day clinical support operations for the Integrated Health Solutions portfolio, the full-time State Licensed Operations Director will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, develop clinical training materials, and support new clinical implementations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates with internal clinical operations and configuration teams on system configuration
• Creates standardized operating policies and procedures for clinical operational teams
• Supports training and onboarding of clinical staff and accreditation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
• An active unrestricted LPN, RN, or other applicable State and/or Compact State clinical license
• A minimum of 3+ years of recent management experience
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• A minimum of 3 years of utilization review experience
