Job Summary

Managing project-related activities, the part-time State Licensed Operations Manager will oversee medical and non-medical appeals decisions, develop standardized project information sharing approaches, and lead team meetings in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage project activities aligned to contract deliverables
• Prepare presentations and instructional materials within areas of responsibility
• Manage, train, and supervise staff workflows and productivity

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of clinical or medical administration experience
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated experience with medical necessity review
• Active Nursing License preferred
