Job Summary

Providing technical support and operations management, the full-time State Licensed Operations Technician will assist with the installation and operation of hydroelectric equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and maintenance for hydroelectric equipment, addressing issues and ensuring operational efficiency
• Engage daily with clients and technicians to discuss equipment status and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Complete administrative tasks responsibly and share best practices to enhance service quality and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics
• Prior experience with the operation, maintenance, and installation of hydroelectric equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Igarapava
