State Licensed Outside Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Counsel, Global Channels and Professional Services to support its Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Global Channel and Professional Services organizations in building compliant programs and policies
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements, including various types of partner agreements
• Provide commercial guidance and compliance advice on channel and services-related legal issues to sales executives and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Must be admitted and in good standing with the state bar where the position is located
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS environment supporting a channel organization
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and SaaS global channel partner agreements
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, channels, and global antitrust and competition law
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
