Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Medical Director in Pain Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review cases for medical necessity and specialty reviews in Interventional Pain Management
• Engage in peer-to-peer discussions with requesting physicians regarding determinations
• Ensure compliance with medical review guidelines and document all communications accurately

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS degree
• Minimum of five years' experience in Pain Medicine (preferred)
• Current, unrestricted clinical license in medicine or required specialty
• Active Board Certification in Pain Management or another specialty with clinical experience in Interventional Pain Management
• Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
