A company is looking for a Paralegal, IP and Trademark.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal clients on naming, branding, and marketing issues
• Manage and direct outside counsel for trademark prosecution and brand protection
• Assist in trademark enforcement, investigation of third party use of marks, and conflict matters

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of trademark paralegal experience
• 2+ years of in-house experience
• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experience in conducting trademark clearance searches domestically and globally
• Deep understanding of worldwide trademark enforcement and prosecution strategies
