Job Summary

A company is looking for an NDC Partnership In-Country Facilitator in Kyrgyz Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination, tracking, and monitoring of support for NDC implementation
• Mobilize resources for implementation by engaging partners and preparing concept notes for funding
• Facilitate NDC-related meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify lessons learned

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in relevant field or Bachelor's degree with additional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public policy, climate/environment, and sustainable development in Kyrgyz Republic
• Experience in managing stakeholders and fostering networks with senior leaders
• Proficiency in English, advanced proficiency in Kyrgyz and/or Russian
• Experience with UNFCCC processes and climate change tasks is an asset
