Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Counsel to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on the design and oversight of patient support programs, including copay assistance and reimbursement support
• Advise on Fraud & Abuse risk management and ensure compliance with healthcare laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on patient access initiatives involving specialty therapies

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience advising pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturers on patient access programs
• Experience with copay assistance programs, HUB services, or reimbursement support
• Strong background in Fraud & Abuse laws relevant to patient access initiatives
• Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturer infrastructures or similar environments
• Active license and good standing in a U.S. state
