Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas
• Establish and maintain relationships with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting
• Coordinate financial options and navigate patient account records in a digital CRM

Required Qualifications

• AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license
• Four or more years of nursing experience; prior telephonic experience preferred
• Two or more years of experience in the Psychiatry Therapeutic Area
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement processes
• Experience and comfort with a digital CRM
