Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse to facilitate patient journeys and provide education and support in a telephonic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas
• Establish and maintain rapport with patients and healthcare providers through telephonic communication
• Coordinate financial options and navigate patient account records in a digital CRM

Required Qualifications

• AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license in one or more states
• Four or more years of nursing experience, with prior telephonic experience preferred
• Two or more years of experience in the Psychiatry Therapeutic Area
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing is a plus
• Experience with a digital CRM is required
