Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Variances Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive identification, analysis, and resolution of payment discrepancies to ensure revenue integrity
• Execute root cause analyses on coding errors and payer trends to improve accounts receivable accuracy
• Lead negotiations and dispute resolutions with payers to recover underpayments and enforce contract compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of leadership/management experience required
• Preferred credential as an Accountant, with relevant licensure
• 8-10 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience preferred
• Proven track record of implementing automation and technology solutions in revenue cycle management
