Key Responsibilities

• Drives the identification, analysis, and resolution of payment discrepancies to maximize revenue integrity
• Executes root cause analyses on coding errors and payer adjudication trends to improve accounts receivable accuracy
• Leads negotiations and dispute resolution with payers to recover underpayments and ensure compliance with fee schedules

Required Qualifications

• Preferred credential as an Accountant; licensure required relevant to state of work
• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
