Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees across multiple legal entities
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations and validate employee timesheets
- Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a government contracting environment
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance requirements
