Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll in a GovCon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees across multiple legal entities
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations and validate employee timesheets
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a government contracting environment
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential payroll information
