Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process multi-state payroll for over 400 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, focusing on data management and reporting
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related issues and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing and HRIS experience; 4+ years in payroll management
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Extensive experience with Paylocity HRIS and knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills for reporting and auditing
