Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll & HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process multi-state payroll for over 400 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, focusing on data management and reporting
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related issues and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing and HRIS experience; 4+ years in payroll management
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Paylocity HRIS and knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills for reporting and auditing
