Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on payroll and manage processing with the payroll provider
• Support payroll tax compliance and collaborate with People Operations for accurate employee data

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in payroll with exposure to accounting or general ledger work
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance, including multi-state complexity
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Experience with UKGPro strongly preferred
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
