Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Recovery Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient engagement and assist in identifying barriers to sustained recovery
  • Maintain knowledge of community resources and facilitate patient appointments and care-related tasks
  • Attend supervision sessions and team meetings while prioritizing self-care and patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of documented, professional experience working in peer support
  • 1+ years of experience navigating adjunctive OUD treatment resources
  • Active and in good standing peer certification in state of residence
  • Minimum of two years of recovery from lived experience in substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders
  • Certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) expected within 9 months of hire
