State Licensed Personal Health Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Health Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with various healthcare issues and determine appropriate actions while adhering to policies and KPIs
• Educate members on their medical conditions and facilitate access to healthcare providers and services
• Document cases in the management system and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary

Required Qualifications

• BSN or RN degree from an accredited college or university
• Three to five years of clinical and/or medical management experience
• Active and unrestricted State or Multi-State RN License
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
