Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Health Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with various healthcare issues and determine the best course of action
• Build relationships with members to develop personalized health action plans
• Facilitate communication among members, physicians, and insurance carriers while documenting cases accurately

Required Qualifications

• BSN or RN degree from an accredited college or university
• Three to five years of clinical and/or medical management experience
• Active and unrestricted State or Multi-State RN License
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a dedicated HIPAA-compliant workspace
