Job Summary

Seeking a State Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney will manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on establishing and strengthening the firm's litigation presence in their assigned state.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload, including MVA, CVA, and complex injury claims, from intake through resolution
• Serve as the lead personal injury attorney within the assigned state, assisting in the establishment and growth of the firm's operations
• Maintain exceptional communication with clients and provide strategic legal advice throughout the case lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing in Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, California, or New York
• Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, with extensive MVA and CVA litigation experience
• Significant deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience, with first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
• Ability to independently manage a litigation docket while working remotely
