Job Summary
To support state expansion efforts, the full-time salaried State Licensed Personal Injury Attorney will manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on establishing and strengthening the firm's litigation presence while working remotely in states such as Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, California, or New York.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload, including MVA, CVA, and complex injury claims, from intake through resolution
- Serve as the lead personal injury attorney within the assigned state, assisting in the establishment and growth of the firm's operations
- Maintain exceptional communication with clients, providing strategic legal advice and ensuring outstanding representation throughout the case lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in Ohio, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Washington, California, or New York
- Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience with extensive MVA and CVA experience
- Significant deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience, with first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage a litigation docket while working remotely
