Job Summary

To support the Customer Care Center, the remote Preferred Internal Support Services I position will manage client accounts by providing service, sales, and retention support, while utilizing carrier websites and online rating systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Service client accounts independently and coordinate the service of new and existing clients
  • Submit quotes and policies to appropriate carriers and follow up for timely responses
  • Maintain accuracy in agency management and document management systems
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
  • High School Graduate; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
