Job Summary
To support the Customer Care Center, the remote Preferred Internal Support Services I position will manage client accounts by providing service, sales, and retention support, while utilizing carrier websites and online rating systems.
Key responsibilities
- Service client accounts independently and coordinate the service of new and existing clients
- Submit quotes and policies to appropriate carriers and follow up for timely responses
- Maintain accuracy in agency management and document management systems
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- High School Graduate; college degree preferred
- Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction
