Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Senior Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently leads client service activities and delivers renewal messaging for clients
  • Evaluates exposures, reviews renewals, and makes coverage recommendations
  • Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in agency management systems and MS Office products
  • Ability to understand new technology platforms quickly
