Key Responsibilities

Independently leads client service activities and delivers renewal messaging for clients
Evaluates exposures, reviews renewals, and makes coverage recommendations
Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in agency management systems and MS Office products
Ability to understand new technology platforms quickly
