Job Summary
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Senior Client Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently leads client service activities and delivers renewal messaging for clients
- Evaluates exposures, reviews renewals, and makes coverage recommendations
- Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in agency management systems and MS Office products
- Ability to understand new technology platforms quickly
