State Licensed Pharmacist Account Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of clients, the remote State Licensed Pharmacist Account Manager will provide clinical consultation, manage relationships with operational leadership, and deliver pharmacy benefit analysis while focusing on client retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with clients to evaluate and improve clinical program goals, including medication adherence and formulary compliance
• Provides superior clinical consultation and manages accounts with an emphasis on client satisfaction and trend management
• Communicates drug information and market intelligence to clients while supporting account management in clinical aspects of quarterly reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any state)
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role with external clients
• Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
