Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Prior Authorization Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to leadership in Prior Authorization and Clinical Care
• Develop and implement policies and best practices for efficient and compliant prior authorization processes
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize the integration and performance of Prior Authorization processes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license required
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• 6+ years of experience in Prior Authorization or Utilization Management
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a complex, multi-functional environment
• Experience overseeing multiple lines of business including Commercial and Medicare
