Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist - Medication Records.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitates development of medication documentation and ordering systems
Ensures ongoing development of automated decision support tools for medication use
Coordinates system improvements and communicates with project team members

Qualifications:

Pharmacy degree with current state license
Advanced degree in Pharmacy and/or residency/fellowship training preferred
Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and immunization administration course completion required
Two years experience in acute care setting as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Informatics Specialist
