Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Drug Strategy & Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of medical drug strategy and oversee specialty pharmacy operations
• Drive biosimilar adoption and optimize drug administration settings for cost savings and improved outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with various departments for unified execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required
• Five (5) years of experience in Managed Care required
• Three (3) years of Specialty Pharmacy/Medical Drug Management required
• Experience in data analysis and trending required
• Previous management experience preferred
