State Licensed Pharmacy Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Pharmacy - Remote Inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles and records inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
• Processes pharmacy prior authorization requests and explains relevant policies to stakeholders
• Maintains call quality standards and supports pharmacists with medication reviews

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in call center or customer service
• Ability to work independently on special projects and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software
• Ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or state pharmacy technician license preferred
