Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Operations Supervisor to oversee pharmacy member support operations and ensure a high-quality member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pharmacy phone queue and ensure exceptional member experience and documentation
- Track performance indicators and maintain member satisfaction goals
- Onboard and train new employees while troubleshooting prescription-related issues
Required Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician license/certification (state-specific requirements apply)
- 1-2+ years of experience in a pharmacy on the health plan/carrier side
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and prescription workflows
- Experience troubleshooting pharmacy or claims issues with PBMs
- Proficient in navigating pharmacy software or claims tools
