Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Operations Supervisor to oversee pharmacy member support operations and ensure a high-quality member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pharmacy phone queue and ensure exceptional member experience and documentation
  • Track performance indicators and maintain member satisfaction goals
  • Onboard and train new employees while troubleshooting prescription-related issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician license/certification (state-specific requirements apply)
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a pharmacy on the health plan/carrier side
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and prescription workflows
  • Experience troubleshooting pharmacy or claims issues with PBMs
  • Proficient in navigating pharmacy software or claims tools
