Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments and manage incoming fax queues
- Document provider feedback and report PHI-related incidents in compliance with HIPAA
- Provide customer service for inbound/outbound calls and participate in department meetings
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of remote work experience in a cross-functional team
- Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts
