Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments and manage incoming fax queues
• Document provider feedback and report PHI-related incidents in compliance with HIPAA
• Provide customer service for inbound/outbound calls and participate in department meetings

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of remote work experience in a cross-functional team
• Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts
