Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members participating in clinical programs
• Document provider feedback in the clinical database and manage incoming fax queues
• Provide outstanding customer service during inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience working remotely in a cross-functional team environment
• Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm CST
