Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician to work in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members
• Document provider feedback in the clinical database and manage incoming fax queues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence
• Prior call center experience with inbound and/or outbound calls
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
• Bilingual in medical terminology is a plus
