State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist to manage patient interactions regarding medication refills and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate medication refills and manage pharmacy claim adjudication
• Make outbound patient refill calls and address inbound inquiries
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians to clarify prescription orders and manage relevant data

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably with claim adjudication
• High school diploma or GED required
• State registration as a pharmacy technician or national certification as a CPhT preferred
• Experience with managing refills and working with clinical care teams is preferred
• Ability to commit to obtaining any required licensure within an agreed timeframe
