Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician to work remotely in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members to support medication adherence and close quality gaps
• Engage members to identify barriers to medication use and coordinate care with providers and pharmacies
• Document outreach interactions and support initiatives related to Medication Adherence and quality programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working remotely and independently within a cross-functional team
• Active, current Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
• Strong ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
