Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care & Resolution Specialist to manage complex member inquiries and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to member calls and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Manage and resolve cases related to prescription claims and pharmacy benefit concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PBM, health plan, or MTM call center, or 4 years in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
  • Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
  • Prior experience with benefit investigations or claims processing preferred
