State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Clinical/Medication Therapy Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with pharmacists on medication adherence and follows up on identified barriers
• Performs outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacies as needed
• Assists in resolving member prescription claim and pharmacy service access issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience or equivalent education and experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or active state pharmacy technician license
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
• Ability to abide by company policies and maintain attendance
