State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Supporting Medication Therapy Management (MTM) activities, the full-time State Licensed Pharmacy Technician will collaborate with pharmacists, perform outreach to members and providers, and assist in resolving prescription-related issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with pharmacists on medication adherence and addresses identified barriers
• Performs outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacies as necessary
• Identifies and reports pharmacy operational issues to leadership

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in MTM
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or active state pharmacy technician license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
