Job Summary
Working remotely within the Eastern or Central Time Zone, the full-time Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator will engage high-risk patients for Comprehensive Medication Reviews, schedule appointments with primary care providers, and assist with administrative tasks to enhance patient care outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Support patient and provider engagement alongside the Clinical Care Team
- Engage high-risk patients telephonically to schedule necessary appointments
- Facilitate communication between the Care Team and provider offices regarding patient needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience with medical terminology
- 2+ years of medical or healthcare experience in a clinical or administrative role
- 1+ years of experience as a State Licensed Pharmacy Technician
