Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the contract Pharmacy Technician will perform clinical outreach and tech review while working remotely within the CST timezone.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests
- Meet departmental production, quality, and success rate standards while working independently and collaboratively
- Become knowledgeable about processes to effectively support members and adhere to schedule and attendance requirements
Required qualifications
- Active State board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
