State Licensed Physical Security Architect

Job Summary

State Licensed Physical Security Architect, this is a full-time remote contract position responsible for leading the architectural direction of physical security technologies across a banking retail branch network, requiring immediate availability and a PSP certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern architectural standards for physical security systems across branch environments
• Serve as the primary liaison to executive leadership, providing technical briefings and leading large-scale security programs
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring cohesive solutions and overseeing design documents and architecture approvals

Required Qualifications

• PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification required; CPP, CISSP, or Certified Security Architect is a plus
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing physical security systems in multi-site environments, preferably in financial services
• Deep expertise in CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and integration architecture
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-scale technical standards and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships
• Strong understanding of networking as it applies to security systems, including IP connectivity and bandwidth considerations
