Job Summary

Leading clinical operations and innovation for a Management Services Organization (MSO), the full-time State Licensed Physician Executive will define the MSO strategy, oversee operational performance, and ensure compliance while working remotely with minimal travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual operating strategy for the MSO, aligning with enterprise priorities and clinical strategy
• Own operational performance for MSO-provided services, ensuring efficient care delivery across virtual and in-person practices
• Build and execute a multi-state workforce strategy, focusing on recruitment, leadership development, and clinician engagement

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with a current, unrestricted medical license and board certification in a clinical specialty preferred
• At least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including five years in a senior or executive MSO role
• Demonstrated success in scaling complex clinical operations through an MSO and affiliated provider entities
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L drivers
• Proven leadership in AI and digital health capabilities with measurable outcomes in a healthcare environment
