Job Summary
Supporting the Placement Manager in daily operations, the remote Sr. Placement Executive - Transportation will assist in market analysis, collaborate with the sales team to meet client needs, and build relationships with insurance carriers while providing mentorship to junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and team development alongside the Placement Manager
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks in the transportation sector
- Utilize Caffeine software to track opportunities and ensure timely submissions to carriers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker
- Current P&C Producer License required
- Prior experience with Epic or another Agency Management System preferred
- Experience with property and casualty insurance preferred
