Job Summary

A company is looking for a H&B Placement Lead Associate - Voluntary Benefits and Life & Disability (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vendor/carrier bid, procurement, and negotiation process for clients' benefits strategies
• Collaborate with Client Service teams to prepare and present placement results in meetings
• Manage client relationships and expectations while conducting quality reviews of placement work

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or insurance
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Voluntary Benefits and Life & Disability programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Bachelor's degree in finance/math, risk management, human resources, or business is preferred
