Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Plan Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for defined contribution plan administration and oversee departmental projects
• Provide training and guidance on compliance testing and assist with strategic decision-making
• Act as a liaison between departments and represent the Vice President in their absence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of retirement plan administration experience
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
• QKA Certification required
• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Exceptional knowledge of IRS/DOL regulations for 401k plans
