Job Summary

Driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experiences, the full-time State Licensed Player Development Executive will cultivate relationships with VIP players and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional services in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to build loyalty and enhance services
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics to boost customer engagement and net revenue
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and provide solution-based enhancements to the customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
  • Passion for improving the player experience and promoting team positivity
  • Proven success in implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of revenue enhancement and expense control
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
