Job Summary

Driving VIP player engagement, the full-time State Licensed Player Development Executive will develop relationships with premier players, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to net revenue while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players to foster loyalty and enhance service delivery
  • Drive key sales metrics and contribute to customer engagement and market share growth
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and provide solutions to enhance player performance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
  • Passion for improving player experiences and promoting positivity within the team
  • Proven success in implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of revenue generation and expense control
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
