Job Summary
Driving net revenue through proactive sales tactics, the full-time State Licensed Player Development Executive will enhance the VIP customer experience by building strong relationships with premier players and collaborating with internal teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP players to foster loyalty and engagement
- Drive key VIP sales metrics to contribute to customer engagement and market share
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends that maximize player performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing
- Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Knowledge of revenue enhancement and expense control methods
- Passion for improving player experiences and promoting positivity within the team
- Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
